Attakapas Revolutionary War Militia Monument

Next to St. Martin de Tours Church in St. Martinville, Louisiana is a monument to the Attakapas Militia who served in the Revolutionary war under General Galvez placed during the Bi-Centennial on July 4, 1776 by the Louisiana District H Fourth Degree Knights of Columbus.  There is a plaque on the Headstone and 2 plaques on the back of the Headstone.
